This remarkable weight difference cannot be attributed to a placebo effect, as the pill definitely had a noticeable effect on the people who took it. This study result has cemented further the proof that Garcinia Cambogia can actually help people lose weight.

The researchers who conducted the study suggested that the average person could lose as much as 16 pounds in two weeks if they took Garcinia Cambogia and coupled it with proper dieting and exercise. The results for many people are going to vary, of course, as their activity routines will differ and their metabolisms may not be at the same level.
